Mr. Patrick R Gallagher PE

I am a motivated and passionate bridge engineer and project manager.

I've spent most of my career designing bridges in North Carolina and Washington State. I’ve designed simple and complex highway bridges, pedestrian bridges, various types of retaining walls, sign structures, and other transportation structures. I am a certified NBI Bridge inspector and am a recognized team leader for the condition evaluation of highway bridges. I've aided in the authorship of design policy for Washington State, and specialized in the design of sign structures, Accelerated Bridge Construction, and load rating long span steel trusses. I’ve delivered presentations of my designs at 11 national bridge engineering conferences.
