The job duties involve providing utility coordination and project management on various municipal and state roadway and infrastructure projects. The job involves maintaining project schedules by coordinating effectively with various private utility companies to mitigate project conflicts and assist them with the timing and placement of their facilities requiring relocation. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management and possess the ability to keep files and emails organized to aid in meeting project submittals and milestones. The candidate should also be able to communicate effectively and build working relationships with both clients and utility owner representatives.
