Integrated Project Delivery Webinar, March 26, 2021
 
On March 26, 2021, The North Carolina Department of Transportation will be holding a webinar on Integrated Project Delivery efforts. This webinar is intended for all individuals involved in the preconstruction phase of projects (both project managers and technical disciplines).  Please try and limit participation to approx. 5 attendees per firm so all firms have an opportunity to hear the information and ask questions firsthand.  We plan to record the webinar and will hopefully be able to make it available afterwards.  The presentation will provide updates on:

2. How to transition your project to the PDN process
3. Requirements for MS Project Schedule
4. The project management guide
5. The quality management program
6. The risk management program
7. Upcoming training and available resources
