ACEC/NC STATE PAC

SPORTING CLAY FUNDRAISER

Please join us and participate in the ACEC/NC State PAC Sporting Clay Fundraiser! It's fun, exciting, and safe while raising money for the
ACEC/NC State PAC.
All shooters are welcome - Novice and Advanced!

AGENDA
9:30 am Participant Check-In
10:00 am Safety Briefing and Shotgun Start (shoot will take approx. 2hrs)
12:00 pm Lunch
12:45 pm Awards Presentation
1:00 pm Event Concludes

Participants will be placed in to teams or groups of four. An effort will be made to include one experienced individual with every group. Prior to the shoot, there will be a safety briefing that will include how to operate and load the gun.

Each group of four will be given shells*, a cart, a 12-gauge shotgun and a score card. There are 13 stations and each group will start at a different station for a shotgun start. Each person will shoot a total of 50 rounds.

Shotguns, golf carts, shells*, ear protection, safety glasses, lunch and a guaranteed good time will all be provided. Outdoor attire, comfortable shoes to walk/stand in and sunglasses are suggested.

* Due to the national ammunition shortage and price fluctuation, our registration prices may increase based on supply and cost.

EVENT PURPOSE
The purpose of this event is to raise funds for the ACEC/NC State PAC. We ask if you plan to attend this event you give a personal contribution alongside the registration fee.
We are suggesting a minimum personal contribution of $50.00. Without these personal contributions, this event would not exist.
